The individual will work from an administrative office located in Hot Spring, Arkansas with travel to the operating units a requirement. Overnight travel will be at least 25% of the time. This position will allow for development and future growth as HR support for the business.
This position will partner with the respective business teams to implement and administer HR programs in a variety of areas including talent management support, recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration support, performance management, talent development, and employee retention.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
This position is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel for the various shifts; maintaining accurate records and ensuring complete documentation; interpreting and administering policies in a fair and consistent manner; managing the Team Member retention program;
