The Contact Center Associate Engineer position is a challenging and rewarding role focused on assisting the Contact Center Engineering group in designing and supporting the companys Unified Communications solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible to design new connector and cable manufacturing machinery utilizing the Siemens NX CAD software and assist in developing and executing the machine qualification plan.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide input on safe technical engineering design, costs, plans, and specifications for the construction of new facilities and reconditioning or altering existing systems and equipment.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for meeting software compliance standards, evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system.
The individual will be involved in resolving balancing issues, isolating and solving any system problems, communicating effectively within the IT department and with the line of business to ensure timely resolution of issues.
This position is equipment reliability. Typical assignments include effective interaction with reliability, operations and engineering teams; and work order completion, preventive maintenance development and execution, machine planned and unplanned down support.
This position will work across all of the businesses to establish and drive process standardization and improvement. The Manufacturing Engineer will support multiple global projects/resources in their development, implementation and sustainment.
In this role, you will proactively identifies potential project problems or opportunities and analyzes the issues, using all appropriate resources, to develop the optimum approach to mitigating problems and / or exploiting opportunities.
In this role, you will be researching problems, making code changes in a timely and accurate manner, testing the changes, implementing the changes, and then following up to ensure the desired results were achieved.

In this role, the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for the engineering and design of building electrical systems (lighting, power, and limited special systems) for facilities such as K-12 and higher education, healthcare, hospitality and commercial buildings.
In this role, you will be responsible to define and apply new technologies and innovations to enhance products that drive value while meeting or exceeding customer and market needs. This includes product, market and customer requirements to optimize product performance, cost and manufacturability.
In this role, you will develop conceptual and detailed product specifications by analyzing performance and customer requirements. The selected candidate will investigate design factors such as function, materials, performance, interchangeability, cost, operational efficiency, and contractual requirements.
