Act as a liaison between client and technical solutions/support groups, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
The individual will be responsible for: analyzing and assessing current processes and defining/documenting improvements, recommending method and procedural changes, handling projects that encompass requirements gathering, system/screen design, user/functional requirements documentation, preparing and/or maintaining functional and technical documentation pertaining to application programming, and managing time, setting priorities and performing management escalations.
Works with Product Owners and Product Success Manager to identify product stakeholders and user classes (âPersonasâť), document Persona characteristics, identify appropriate representatives for each Persona, and negotiate their responsibilities.
Understand operations of all department applications, run reports and help address data integrity issues involving those applications. Provide first level desktop support to the department and interface with IT as needed.
This person will analyze and mitigate S&OP vs. CSP gaps, mitigate material and capacity constraints, mid-term capacity and supply planning, establish and manage alignment between Oracle VCP and Factory MES Plans and analyze & manage integrity of system master data.
