In this role, you will propose and gain approval for implementation of improvement activities via cost benefit analysis; investigate abnormal quality problems on a daily basis and work with quality group to develop appropriate countermeasures.
This person will be responsible for planning, developing, configuring, installing, assessing, testing, troubleshooting and integrating the Internet Protocol based Digital Video Surveillance Program, which includes the surveillance equipment, encoders, servers, video content and auxiliary video hardware, servers/workstations and operating systems.
In this role, you will provide phone, chat, and email assistance to customers, consultants and partners on the usage of products and layered components, such as data transformation tools and report writing tools.
In this role, you will provide level one troubleshooting. Accurately assesses the customer's product issue or problem. Asks the user well thought out or detailed questions and carefully listens to the user's response to fully comprehend the need, product issue, and best avenue for resolving the problem.
