A Software Quality Engineer is responsible for strategic/tactical planning for complex testing efforts. Defines the standard testing architecture, processes and tools for automated and performance testing efforts.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
Participating in quality planning activities including FMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Charts, and Gage R&R and capability studies; reviewing and preparing documentation including AQP, customer documents, etc.
The candidate will be responsible for establishing software test standards and methods and conducts software tests and review and evaluate software products and services for adherence to government directives, standards and guidelines concerning software quality assurance.
