Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the bank's products, services and credit standards, trends in commercial banking pricing and products, effective sales and customer service practices, relevant legal issues and other necessary information.
The Sr. Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of middle market clients who need financial services and products to meet their needs. In addition to being the primary bank advocate and key financial advisor for the client, the RM is accountable for prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships.
Coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals. Typically works with clients with moderate levels of risk and complexity of needs. Generally works with a moderate degree of supervision.
In this role, you will ability to serve as a central point of client contact and build less-complex relationships. Ability to identify and develop relationship strategy for retention, expansion clients and acquisition targets.
