The Technical Support Engineer I is a technically skilled professional level position with a focused knowledge base within Technical Support; prompt and regular attendance is required in order to ensure quality workflow.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of all Incidents within the IT environment from detection through resolution. In certain circumstances, they will also manage and coordinate critical incidents through the guidance of their shift lead.
In this role, you will specialize in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.
The selected candidate will lead complex product development projects as well as serve as a technical expert. In addition, the person in this position will connect the project scope into product design parameters in order to execute complex design projects while ensuring that performance and quality targets are met during launch.
