The Operations Manager manages, directs, administers, and oversees the operation of a broad range of government contracts and subcontracts to prime contractors to achieve the goals and objectives set forth by Chugach Government Solutions, LLC (CGS, LLC) executive management.
The Operations Manager opening will be responsible for ensuring the business performance objectives for manufacturing quality, delivery and cost are met whilst engendering a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement.
In this role you will be responsible for the implementation of products for the military customer that addresses the project's objectives, test concepts, and the end state methodology for institutionalizing the test products.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering results in a high-performance continuous improvement environment through implementation of, and expertise with the latest lean management methods.
Develop and implement an Operational Risk Analytics Program to identify changes to the business environment or internal control factors and support the implementation and challenge by Implementation Teams across the enterprise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of programming and management, including; creation and implementation of station and cluster strategic competitive position, supervision of Cluster Program Directors, music scheduling, coaching on-air talent, development/execution of promotions, digital and social media audience and revenue platforms.
