Manages branch service team associates and service supervisor(s). Reinforces service
standards by conducting quality control training and inspections; directs service
department to ensure customer growth through retention increase.
Responsible for management and coaching of the sales, service and operational activities of banking center personnel. Maintains an exceptional level of customer service while maximizing sales in deposits, loans, insurance and investment product sales inside and outside the assigned portfolio.
Inn this role, you will assist outside sales representatives in all areas, including but not limited to preparing quotes, maintaining all literature required, providing customer follow-up, and gathering sales leads.
In this role, you will lead and manages branch associates at a branch with a moderate to substantial level of activity and complexity; includes service associates, sale associates and multiple supervisors.
The Branch Manager may be responsible for managing start-up functions and the overall performance of the branch. The manager will directly manage inside and outside sales personnel, warehouse inventory, and production shop in an exciting, fast-paced, industrial work environment.
