Performs research and analysis on a variety of topics including: environmental, stakeholder, audience, and benchmarking topics; provide analytical and technical support as identified by senior analysts.
The Programmer Analyst position requires a software configuration management (SCM)-centric individual (with an active Secret clearance) who understands software development life cycles and can implement and execute tasks compliant with CMMI Level 3 and AS9100 processes and procedures.
Assist in the development and maintenance of service level management (slm) plans, processes, and procedures, to include developing and supporting the implementation of slm monitoring processes and measurement criteria; collecting and analyzing slm data, and providing formal and informal feedback to the customer through reports, briefings, and other tools as required.
Participate in development and maintenance of databases and reporting tools; identify and assign tasks to other analysts; responsible for the collection, interpretation, and analysis of data related to all aspects of strategic communications.
Perform data mining/extraction and analysis of marketing campaigns including target audience profiles, channel strategies, communication strategies, customer segmentation, website analytics, email data, media performance, as well as social media metrics.
