In this role, you will be responsible for architectural design, development, implementation, and support within the company and/or between business departments that follow telecommunication industry standards using engineering principles.
This position is responsible for the daily activities of Technology Operations; Tier 2 and 3 production support; MAC's (device Move, Adds Changes), Break-Fix, Lifecycle Management, and Major Incident resolution including both centralized and local technical support of advanced voice, desktop, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, and WAN technologies. 7x24x365 Production Operations and Operational User support for client site(s).
Successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, design and support of companys growing VoIP program. The Telecom Engineer will be exposed to a diverse mix of clients and technologies across the nation.
