Responsible for the delivery of appropriate, timely and beneficial care for customer-owners which promotes quality and cost-effective health care outcomes working within established standards for case management practice, and Advance Access principles.
The position requires a moderate amount of mobility. The ability to reason, speak and have basic manual dexterity is essential. There is the need to attend meetings and classes both inside and outside of the hospital setting and to participate in interviews or provide training within the hospital building.
In this role, you will be responsible for manages multiple sanitation projects in collaboration with customers, funding agencies, design engineers, construction personnel and other project management staff. Provides local program coordination with other Federal, State, Tribal and local programs.

Oversees staffing of all personnel in the laboratory. Effectively maintains quality staffing by interviewing, hiring, training and providing staff development through performance evaluation and corrective counseling.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance SPH managers (coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions), advises and assists managers in identifying issues and determining appropriate source of action.
This position is responsible for the management of the accounts payable and travel staff and functions and will maintain compliance with ua policy and procedure, federal regulations, and gaap while ensuring prompt, accurate processing of invoices for all university obligations and travel documents.
To manage and maximize service and retention efforts with assigned clients to achieve disciplined and profitable growth and retention; this will be accomplished through the development of strong relationships, proactive actions, achievement of operation goals, while maximizing efficiencies.
