All recruiters and hiring managers are believed by TheLadders.com to be legitimately seeking applicants for available positions. Recruiters and hiring managers may share your resume with other recruiters or hiring managers.In Your use of the Website or TheLadders' mobile application, we also store such information as jobs You've applied to, jobs You've viewed, Your resume, and similar information. We track clickstream data to monitor utilization and to improve customer experience. Certain anonymous information such as title, educational institution, years of experience, areas of expertise and jobs you've applied to may be disclosed in statistics provided to jobseekers through Website features or TheLadders's mobile application, but your name and contact information will not be disclosed through such features.
We use other third parties to provide credit card processing services on our Website. When You sign up for Premium membership, we will only process Your full payment information including credit cards through a third party payment processor that is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/security_standards/.
We post customer reviews on our Website, which may contain Personal Information such as the customer's name. We obtain the customer's consent prior to posting the review to post their name along with their review.
