Signature is our proven six-month program that helps $100K+ professionals find the next step in their career.
Are the jobs I apply to limited to those found on TheLadders website? No, you may utilize any source during your job search. Our goal is to help you attain your next job offer.
Who is eligible for this program? This program is for $100K professionals who are looking for a natural progression in their career. Signature is designed for the job seeker who is dedicated, motivated and willing to put in the time and resources to get the job that is the right fit for them. We look at each client on a case-by-case basis and establish clear goals prior to beginning the program.
Why wouldn't someone qualify for the Signature program?Based on our experience and research, there are a variety of instances in which the job search requires a longer lead time than 6 months. In such cases, we do not recommend individuals in those circumstances for the Signature program. For example, job searches for professionals with extended periods of unemployment traditionally take longer than 6 months.
How did you arrive at the 90% success rate?Of those job seekers who started and followed the program, over 90% received a job offer within 6 months. Those who receive a job offer after 6 months, while still satisfied, are not counted in this measurement.
What is required of the job seeker?Signature is designed for the job seeker who is dedicated, motivated and willing to put in the time and resources to get the job that's the right fit. The job seeker must remain engaged during the six-month program — we have requirements to ensure they complete tasks and attend the majority of their sessions. Details can be found here.
If a job seeker in the program does not find desirable employment within 6 months, does the job seeker receive a refund? We provide a full refund to the job seeker if TheLadders was unable to help that individual secure a job offer. Details can be found here.
Do I receive a refund if I get an offer, but I do not accept it?At the onset of the Signature program, you and your Career Advisor will talk about and agree upon specific written goals. If the offer is in line with those goals, but you decide not to accept, you will not receive a refund
What is the role of recruiters or hiring companies in this program?Signature is designed to help the job seeker better understand and undertake a job search, and a key part of that is working better with recruiters and prospective employers. The program helps job seekers focus and prioritize, making them a more attractive candidate for any recruiter. Signature customers are equipped with an elevator pitch, a professionally re-written resume and clear strategy for their job search — all of these will benefit both job seeker and recruiter.
Can I request to pause the program?Subject to the limitations described herein, you may request to pause the Signature program one time only for any reason for up to fourteen (14) days. Requests to pause the program must be made via email to your Career Advisor and acknowledged in writing by your Career Advisor.
Program pauses can be made any time after your first 60 days in the program for a maximum of 14 days. If you are aware of a situation that would cause you to require a pause prior to the 60-day mark (i.e. vacation or work trip), please let your Career Services Manager know before you purchase the program so s/he can set you up to begin the program after that time period.
During the pause in your program, you will be billed for any scheduled payments associated with TheLadders Signature Program per your contract with TheLadders. To maintain your eligibility within the Program, you will be asked to make up any activities and sessions missed during the pause. Your commitment period will be extended by the amount of time your enrollment in Signature is on hold.
