This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of selected services purchased by you and made available through TheLadders.com (the "Services"). By clicking "I agree" or similar button, and moving forward, you are hereby agreeing to and shall be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement and to TheLadders’ Terms of Use located at http://www.theladders.com/theladders-terms-use which terms are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. You should visit and fully review the Terms of Use page before accepting this Agreement and submitting your payment. You acknowledge that TheLadders may fulfill the Services using a third party provider with whom TheLadders has established a prior relationship. In the event that any of these terms directly conflict with TheLadders’ Terms of Use, these terms shall govern.

Signature Program (the "Program")

If you have purchased a subscription to TheLadders’ Signature Program, following your agreement to these terms and payment of the subscription fee, TheLadders shall assign a Career Advisor to You. As part of the Signature Program, you will be asked to complete a self-evaluation. You hereby agree to answer all questions on your self-evaluation truthfully and accurately. You understand that failure to complete the self-evaluation truthfully and in a timely manner may impact the effectiveness of the Signature Program. You will also be entitled to a Resume & Cover Letter Review and Rewrite (the "Resume Service"). TheLadders shall assign a writer to you who will send out a questionnaire that you are required to complete in order to receive the Resume Service. You hereby agree that you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data on your documents; TheLadders is not responsible for errors on your source documentation or on revised resumes after the resume has been provided to you for proofreading. The Resume Service will be deemed to be complete on the earlier of (a) delivery of a final resume or (b) the last day of the six month subscription period. Except as expressly provided in these terms, purchases of TheLadders’ Signature Program are non-refundable.

All applicants will be pre-screened and accepted to the Signature Program on a case by case basis. The Signature Program will commence upon purchase (or receipt of initial payment if you agreed to pay in separate installments) and will expire at the end of the six month subscription period. TheLadders will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the aforementioned Services in a timely manner, subject to acts of nature, mechanical failure, or other occurrences beyond the control of TheLadders. All information and services provided through TheLadders shall be subject to the Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitations of Liability and the Indemnification provided in TheLadders’ Terms of Use located at http://www.theladders.com/theladders-terms-use.

Money Back Guarantee

TheLadders guarantees that you will receive a job offer within six months or less if you participate fully in all components of the Program at the level indicated below. In order to be eligible for this Guarantee, within the first sixty (60) days of your six month subscription period, you must complete:

  • Attend 7 scheduled sessions
  • Complete Steps 1-5 of the Roadmap
  • Apply to 6 well-fitted positions (as described in the Program Roadmap)
  • Complete all follow-up activities assigned

In addition, in order to continue to be eligible for the money back guarantee after the initial sixty (60) days of your six month subscription period, you must attend a minimum of 75% of your scheduled sessions per month and apply to 6 well-fitted positions per month. Your Career Advisor will assist you with tracking your activities and will keep a record of completion. You agree to regularly update your Career Advisor on the status of all activities and to immediately notify your Career Advisor if you receive a job offer. If at the end of the six month subscription period, you have completed all of the aforementioned activities and you have not received a job offer, you may contact your Career Advisor within thirty (30) days to request a refund. You understand and agree that if you do not complete the required activities, you will not be eligible to receive any refund. Any job offer received after your start date in the program (that meets the agreed-upon criteria) is considered fulfillment of the guarantee. Failure to report a job offer will result in forfeiture of your right to a refund and you will be responsible to reimburse the Company any amount already refunded to you. You further understand and agree that this guarantee expires one month after completion of your subscription period. If you do not request your refund within thirty (30) days after your six month subscription period has ended, you will no longer be eligible to receive the refund.
