NEW YORK (March 21, 2007) - TheLadders.com, the world's leading online service for $100,000+ jobs, announced the launch of TheLadders.com Europe. Set to go live in the U.K. in the spring of 2007, with France and Germany following close behind, TheLadders.com Europe will be headed by Alexandre Douzet, a co-founder of TheLadders.com, who will serve as Executive Vice President and General Manager for the firm's European arm.

Douzet holds an MBA from INSEAD; a master's in direct marketing from New York University, where he received the "Lester Wunderman" Award; and a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Lyon III in France.
