71 percent of those who used TheLadders.com to find a new position found the site ‘helpful’ or ‘extremely helpful’

The study of among more than 500 U.S. adults who earn at least $100,000 annually and changed jobs in the past year finds nearly half a million individuals found TheLadders.com ‘helpful’ or ‘extremely helpful’ in landing their most recent position.
Despite the economic downturn, 12 percent of people who earn $100k+ changed jobs in 2010. Forty-three percent of these job seekers used TheLadders.com during their search, and 71 percent found the site to be beneficial in their job search.
