Prior to TheLadders.com, Drew was UK Senior Manager at Match.com, where she oversaw marketing and communications, helped integrate the acquisition of Yahoo! Personals and developed award-winning marketing campaigns. Prior to becoming Senior Manager, Drew managed global accounts at Match.com International. Before joining Match.com, Drew was the UK Ecommerce Manager at Mypoints.com.
