NEW YORK (April 15, 2005) - TheLadders.com, the world's leading $100k+ job search engine, today announced the appointment of Andrew J. Kaslow to its board of directors. The appointment represents a new addition to TheLadders.com's board.
Kaslow is currently a Managing Partner of the QuanStar Group, a strategic management and organization effectiveness consultancy to high-growth companies. Before that, he was the Senior Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Vivendi Universal (Paris Bourse: EX FP; NYSE: V) in Paris, where he was responsible for all aspects of global HR for its 400,000 employees and supported that company's restructuring efforts. Kaslow joined Vivendi from AOL Time Warner (NYSE:TWX), where he was Senior Vice President, People Development. In that capacity, he led all aspects of human resources across AOL Time Warner for its 91,000 employees, including leadership and organization, staffing, employee and labor relations, and career development. Before that, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources, at Time Warner and helped meld divergent companies into the combined entity of AOL Time Warner. He has also held HR executive positions at Becton, Dickinson, and Co., PepsiCo, Inc., KFC International and TRW. Kaslow holds a master's degree and doctorate in behavioral sciences from New York City's Columbia University and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
