September is the second busiest hiring month in the year (January’s first). Recruiters, hiring managers, and HR departments return from their summer break to find open "reqs" (that’s short for job requisitions, which is the industry standard terminology) and big growth budgets to meet for the last part of the year.

And folks, we want you to be part of that growth, and we want you to fill those open reqs.

So with over 70,000 jobs live on the site right now, and another 40,000+ new ones coming this month, now is the time for you to find your next job, get your bio updated, get your resume ready, and search for recruiters that specialize in your industry.

And, you know what folks? It’s easy for us to preach, but you should know that "we eat our own cooking" to quote another wise man -- Warren Buffet, the Oracle of Omaha.
