Who Got Hired?
The funny thing is, even in a downturn, there are tons of open jobs at the $100K+ level out there.
Think about it: Just to keep headcount the same a company has to replace the 20% to 25% of people who leave each year. When we've done the math, it looks to us like there are 4 million hires in a regular market, and about 3.2 million hires in a down market like we are expecting next year.
