Last week I shared with you fifty examples of jobs accepted in the past month by members of TheLadders. This week, I'd like to highlight fifty of our friends that are hiring… right now!
You know, we take it pretty seriously, the trust you placed in us when you "hired" us to help in your job hunt.
It's a pretty big honor to be the nation's largest resource for high-end talent and the recruiters, hiring managers, and HR departments that are looking for you.
And we wanted to know how well we're doing.
So we recently asked Harris Interactive® to do a third-party study of high-end recruiters who actively use TheLadders.com to find candidates*. They let us know what they heard back about TheLadders.com and our wonderful, nearly one million, subscribers.
And, wow, did they hear back a lot!
You know, it's not just through formal surveys that recruiters share their love for TheLadders.com candidates – they write in to us directly too!
You know what's EXCITING to me?!?
Waking up each morning, going to my office (after starting the coffee pot of course!), opening my email and seeing an ENTIRE PAGE of new emails from candidates eager to seek a new job! OVER 30 emails between the time I quit work (usually about 7 pm) and the time I get back (usually about 7 AM).
97% of which come from TheLadders.com! WoW! That's AWESOME!
We cannot Thank You guys enough!

Innovative Recruiting
Well, congratulations Al and Dale on having the right types of jobs for our amazing candidates...
I have to tell you that the quality of the candidates I get for my postings on TheLadders.com far exceeds any other site I have used... In the mid-90's I was able to use Monster and to some extent HotJobs, but those sites are the same as running an ad in the local newspaper. The only advantage being that the ad stays up longer.
The folks who respond are not only way off as far as matching the job, it's almost insulting the way those two sites try to match up people with job orders. While the bulk of my recruiting comes from networking, the contacts I have made on TheLadders.com have been above my expectations.
Continue to grow, but keep the quality!

Thanks, Rosalie, we – TheLadders.com and our almost 1 million subscribers – will be sure to do just that...
Have a great week Readers!
