Last week I shared with you fifty examples of jobs accepted in the past month by members of TheLadders. This week, I'd like to highlight fifty of our friends that are hiring… right now!
You asked for it, you got it - we've added Bio Confidentiality to TheLadders.com Bios!
So now, folks, when you are creating or editing your bio, it's pretty darn easy to hide critical information so that you keep your identity confidential.
Just check the box that says "keep my name confidential" to, well.... keep your name confidential.
And then for each company at which you've worked, you can decide whether to hide the company name or show it by checking the box that says "keep my company name confidential."
Now, just a heads up... remember that when you actually contact a recruiter, your name is going to appear in your correspondence. So, if you send along your bio, your resume, or a job application to a specific recruiter, your name isn't going to be confidential to that specific recruiter any longer.
Any questions, folks? Send us an e-mail or feel free to click on one of the "Live Chat" links at the top of the website!!
OK, go now and fill out your Bio with more information, and just check the box if you want to keep your name, or your employer's name, confidential!
